INDIVIDUAL CBT and EMDR SESSIONS -  FACE to FACE or REMOTE

Treatment sessions are charged at between £85-100 and typically last between 50-60 mins for CBT and up to 90 mins for EMDR sessions.

I am a recognised provider with the following health insurance companies - BUPA, AXA, Aviva, WPA, and Cigna.

My face to face sessions are held at Rooms@1900, 19 Ruston Street, Calverley, LS28 5NJ.  There is plenty of free on street parking.
